get it done at a tint place its really worth the money to have it done right. and you may want to consider having them tint over the factory window tint also. its way dark in the back when they do. makes backing up at nite a bit of a challange but what the hell shop around for good price i got my grand cherokee done for 250 including the strip above the windshield (all the windows i tinted over the factory tint) in back

I took it over some really big potholes today. There's a road that is about to get worked on by the county and it has some pot holes that are a good 4-6 inches deep and 1-2 feet in diameter. I have to say the suspension handles really well and it's a lot smoother than the stock suspension would have been. Of course, my springs are still pretty stiff, but I hope to have them broken in soon.

I plan to go on the Withlacoochee state forest trails some time in the future before I have to re-torque everything. Additionally, my speedometer gear got put in and I managed to stop the ATF leak by replacing the o-ring 3 times. The third try was the charm .

I downgraded to the 3 foot firestik again because the 5 foot firestik looked like it was way too high for the Jeep. I guess I prefer the shorter stub.

I'd suggest some front tow hooks, stock would be great and easy to fit with no cutting or fab.
as for tint, you're in FL... You can do just about anything, so go dark /20% and keep it cool inside.

I'll probably get matching tint for the front so it looks like the rear. I like the tone of the rear tint.

I updated just a few things.

First off, I took off the Velcro because on moist days my radio was falling down. So I went ahead and drilled it in properly..


Good news is the metal mount was perfect for clipping my new Jeep knife to!


Snagged a 10,000 pound tow strap and threw it under the rear seat with the factory jack and lug wrench:


I set up the factory cargo hider:

I've been contemplating it for a while now, but finally caved in and bought some tow hook brackets for the front for $75. I was torn between Rustys or Rugged Ridge – I couldn't find any information that the Rugged Ridge tow hook set came with the bolts necessary, But Rustys assured me, so I went with Rustys. Here's what they look like:



As soon as I get these in the mail, I'll have pics with them installed. I'm probably going to paint them black first. For now all I have for the rear is the tow hook receiver hitch.
