I intended to use it as a daily street driver when I had the exhaust system
installed. Same with tires, I used a more aggressive tread but stock size.

I fixed an oil leak at the same time. Someone left a nut loose on the
valve cover.

I bought a Dewalt 1/4" coredless impact driver. It works well in small
places. I got some stubby bits from (Amazon) but they broke quickly.
I bought Dewalt bits at Lowes. They were shorter and worked well.

I used 2 hydraulic jacks to hold the rails in place while I drilled the holes
and used vice grips to pull the tabs together.

I bought the rails new and powder coated from someone local. I dont recall
the manufacturer. The fitment wasn't great but worked.

Well I have the cigar lighter working now. The receiver was rusty.
I think I will change it to a USB port.
The rear defroster button trips the relay.

The washer makes a noise in back. Wiper motor doesn't work yet.

So I am making progress.

The power outlet on the right already worked.

My CB goes in next and I am going to use the blank for the fog lights.

Next I will paint the door guards and rails with bed liner.

When I went to the BMV the gal asked the color of the Jeep. Amethyst I said.
What color is that she asked? The blue one on your chart that says Amethyst!
