I was rocking a 2" lift and blown shocks on 35s hahaha don't recommend it... A lot of them rolling better might also come from the lighter stock wheels I was running... Went up to 16" fancy wheels and they weigh a bit more. But with the 5 speed cruising the highway I was getting 23mpg

So it's been awhile, things are picking back up. Doc gave me my work clearance but I'm still not back to work. Finally got papers so I've been puttin around town getting the hang of the 5speed. Still fighting with my brakes and trying to figure out my track bar but it's just about done with phase 1. More photos to come in the next day or so

This should hold pretty well. Just took the suction bracket off and lazy bent a bracket that fits to bolt to the dash. So far it works

Wow that rust is crazy...
That actually can be rebuilt....
I've seen guys go to a shop and rebuild it with stronger pcs of metal...
Never seen it on an xj but an mj they do it all the time especially around the rear bed frame(leaf spring mount)
