Really like this style bumper.
Matches the body lines of the XJ very well. Reminds me of one I have seen but don't remember the brand though. Looks great!

Well aint got much done this weekend to the jeep been building a bumper for my buddies zj witch is a heck of alot more complicated to make look good then a xj.but I did find some time to trim up the front fenders infront of the tires, cut the front bumper ends till I can make mine, and ditched the brush guard that I couldnt stand. Heres some pics.

Just finished up my bumper mounts here at work now just waiting on 4 so I can head to the house and get to work on the bumper! These are the blue prints I used to make them off of. I found them on here. Some guys said the holes dont line up perfect so we will hafta wait and see. Im hoping for the best but if they aint perfect a little wallerin out with a bigger bit and a washer never hurt anything lol.

finished my front bumper for the most part this weekend. Its made out of 3\16ths plate. The mounts are 1/4 plate with 7 bolts on either side with plates on the inside of the frame rails. Shouldnt go anywere. I had the tow hooks laying around so I figured Id cut them and use them as a hook point for now. Not sure how i like them tho will probly end up cutting them off and using d ring tabs.
