Not sure where in Phoenix, my friend is showing me around! In Tucson I rode Mt Lemmon. Serious downhill only trails that are super fun and built well.

Prescott has some good mountain bike riding also.

Hello, I Literally just moved to Gilbert, AZ monday 3/16/2015. During my trip my steering developed a creaking sound.

I suspect its one or all of the tie rod ends in the steering. I purchased all brand new steering (upgraded to the V8 grand cherokee tie rod too) the passenger tie rod end on the front of the knuckle is giving me an issue. The tapered pin spins with the castle nut. I have broken everything else free with ease except the steering stabilizer bolt on the axle end. I need to buy a 18mm wrench for that.

Can anyone help me out? I just need to get the tie rod that is spinning in the knuckle out.

Please text me 847-271-9169.

I need to get this issue fixed ASAP. I can pay cash, buy dinner, buy beer, or pay you in ammo.

Thank you!

You might consider a trip to Harbor Freight to buy an angle grinder and cutoff wheels then cut off the tie rod end at the castlenut. Wear safety glasses and protect your face and hair from sparks...wear gloves too.

Have a new castlenut at the ready too...

The steering stabilizer bolt on the drag link might not ever come out. The one in the mine seemed to be fused to the draglink itself so I just went to the hardware store and improvised an alternative to put in the new draglink and that has been working fine.
