Default Windshield wipers and turn signals not working

I have a 89 cherokee my windshield wipers and turn signals don't work everything else works fine iv replaced the flasher relay and just did the igbition switch thinking maybe Thatd help but still don't work any ideas as to what may be going on ?

I'm betting your ignition switch took a dump. Heater blower work?

Get the ignition switch adjusted properly? Was the plug burned like in the photo?

Blower motor is on the same ignition feed circuit as the turn signals and wipers. Looking for clarification and details.
