Default tires and Rim offset ?'s

I have a stock 96 cherokee that im looking to put 15x8's on with 235/75/15's. are thier any specific cheap a/t tire recommendations that are also wide. and i have a choice between -13 offset and +6 offset rims. what does that mean. I'm looking for the one that will have the rims and tires sitting outside the body. like a wide stance. also will will i have any problems with putting these rims and tires on, like rubbing etc. any help would be great. thanks

You will want approx 3.75" of backspacing. 235's are approx 9.5" wide and will fit on 7 or 8" rim width.
Where are you located?
