Temp gauge
So my temp gauge never gets up barely passed 100 degrees is there something wrong with my temp sensor, or temp sending unit or maybe the gauge itself? If so how would i test these things?

multimeter
you can check your gauge by unhooking the wire on the sensor and touching it to the manifold. have your assistant tell you if the gauge pegs out. if it does, then you gauge and wiring is good. the sensor requires you to put a multimeter on it at a certain temp and check its resistance.

I just tested mine the same way, the sending unit put out 190 ohms at 210, the gauge pegged due to know resistance, but it is still reading high is there a more in depth test for the gauge to check if it is displaying properly? I hooked the gauge up after the test it hit 210 which is what my IR is reading then went up half way between the two white marks (235?).
