I'm the worst for this type of stuff,man! It looks like the bolt shelve that goes in a bushing but I know that prob. is not it? I suck!

Well, I guess I'm not a real Jeeper because I'm not sure what it is.....from that picture, anyway. It looks like a bushing sleeve to me as well.

It looks like it has a slot for a cotter pin or something on one end but nothing on the other . . .
