I made sure the water pump was secure all the hoses are secure and out of the way and it seems to be making the general amount of noise on the water pump pully. Should I toake it out and clean it ? Its a new pump like I said so I don't really know at this point.

Loosen the belt and rotate the pump pulley.

If you think it's coming from the pump pulley remove all belt tension from the pulley by loosening the belt. Spin the pulley. It should spin easily(no roughness)with no in/out or side play. Might as well check all the other pulleys to.

It should make maybe two smooth revolutions when you spin it. If the other pulleys feel good when you spin them it could be your belt tension or the belt itself.

How tight are you tightening the belt? If you have a belt tension gauge the spec is 180-200 lbs for a new belt, 140-160 for an old one.
Did you do a new t-stat when pump installed?
