I have a 98 xj 4 door gettin ready to put 5.5" tnt y-link lift with teraflex hd t.case. when I go to install cummins 3.9l 4BT will I have to put heavier springs in front too?

Sky jacker springs have higher spring rates. They might make a good choice. I can give you the name of a spring company that can wind yo some springs out of heavier wire. I had a set of theirs in my Ford pickup with a CAT 3208. Worked great.
