2wd to 4wd neutral saftey switch??
In the middle of a swap from a 2wd aw4 to the 4wd aw4.
I searched and searched no luck.
The 2wd trans had this gray square 7 pin connector on the passenger side.
The 4wd trans I have has no such connector.
How do I get this to work with my current ecu?

Alright so I finally figured out the guy I got the trans from grabbed the NSS without mentioning it
Nice
So when I obtain another NSS what do I have to splice?

even better for me,
is there a way to bypass the NSS?
Im not really stupid enough to start the car unless its in neutral or park.
Does it HAVE to be there?
Or cold I splice some wires together and fool the computer

If you're wanting "help faster" searching would be your best bet. Theres hundreds of threads started about bypassing the NSS.

To add to that, some of the links you posted conflict information with one another,

says
row 2 pin 2 and 3 connect.

SHOULD be the same from 2wd to 4wd.
Also, i'd still recommend getting another NSS. You can get them for like $60 bucks if you look around.

haha well thats what I am asking
IS the VSS from the 2wd the same as the 4wd?
I dont understand why there would be an extra pin for no reaon. It surely must do something
