lookin for a front offroad bumper
Hey yall, I'm lookin for an offroad bumper for the front of my XJ. Perferably somethin with D-Ring points and i can use my hi-lift on. Let me see what yall got, I'm located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia Beach,

I am not looking for a winch-able front bumper as I'll be using a winch plate that can be receivered front or back.
I'm toying with the JCR front bumper but unsure if I want the pre-runner or the plain bumper. What is the functional purpose of the pre-runner?
