Would it be possible to have one made? Custom made, if so, about how much.

How's that sound? That's exactly the setup I'm looking at going with.

Sorry guys we do not make these, were are simply a wholesaler. We can have items specially made but the opening order is a minimum of 50 per part number. Like I said I looked in to it and it would require around 5 part numbers so the sales volume just isn't there for an opening order of 250 units. Sorry guys.

The tailpipe requires a muffler with a center / offset configuration so a glasspack will not work.

It sounds a lot meaner than stock, it is a little louder than i wanted, but its grown on me and now i like it. It also has a throatier sound than just swapping the muffler for a super 44. there was a bad drone at certain rpms, but i think it was because the tail pipe doesnt have a turn down on it, i cut the very last section of the tail pipe off and added my own turn doen from auto zone, helped kill most of the drone, and quieted cab noise as well. My cat was trashed and rusted out, as was the rest of my exhaust, so mud frog's kit was a no brainer for the price. ill see if i have a video of the finished exhaust, i dont remember if i took one or not. FYI, if you do get a highflow cat and muffler, you will need to buy some straight exhaust pipe, from jegs or the like, because of the smaller size of the muffler and cat, you will be about 6-8 inches short without it.

i did the whole instal myself, using jackstands to hold the exahust in place, and i think i did the entire instal in 4-5 hrs, taking my time and having a couple beverages along the way

I installed the high-flow cat, Flowmaster super 44 and the mandrel bent tubing you guys sell...threw a turndown on the very end and it sounds really nice. I will get a video of it soon in case anyone was curious about this configuration on their XJ.

What Cat will work with a Cherokee? I'd love a downpipe too but understand that's not a universal part.

What muffler will produce the most power?

Depending on your year, you may need the one with the O2 bung, older models do not need them.
