Could you post up a little more specific how you stretched the rear? Also, did you stretch the front at all? Are the leaf springs a stock height spring? Thanks!

Your good man that's what the forum is for is questions right?! Ill answer anyone I can. But the way I did mine was I built the crossmember and tacked it in place then set the axle under with the tire sitting about where I wanted and just made my links to fit. I don't know if its exactly 3" over stock but that's what I guessed I ended up with in the front

Sweet build man. I have read the whole thing up to this point. Any new updates? I have a couple questions for you.
1. If you did the rear suspension over again would you go with the 63" chevy springs again or go another route? I have seen a few guys try the 63" chevy springs on their XJs and I have been seriously considering doing the same on mine to gain flex and a little stretch.
2. Do you think that bringing the front leaf spring mount more forward would hinder ground clearance at all? I am interested on using the 63" chevy springs but not with as much stretch. I'm thinking 2-3 inches stretch max.
Thanks for any input you may have.

Consider this as a potential alternative. I used these to get 2" of rear stretch on my XJ. RuffStuff has something similar as well.

After getting the trans fixed and back in I finally installed a winch in the jeep. I didn't really want a big box sticking out so I pilled the winch control box apart and hid it inside the bumper I think it turned out clean
