yeah, I am very impatient and I just wire wheeled the rust off (it sat for a while because he sent the bumper but no brackets) then cleaned with brake cleaner and sprayed a coat or two of bedliner and stuck it on my jeep still a little wet. I love the rustoleum bedliner on all my other stuff I just did a crap job doing it on the rear bumper and the front bumper I used duplicolor and hate the texture of it. I just need to be more patient and more careful...

The L shaped piece goes under the nutstrip.

Nothing is easy... trying to get the old nutstrip out, started by trying to simply unscrew it, and was going well until the 8mm on the bottom rounded off. Cut them off, but now I'm fighting with the rivets.

Finally got that nutstrip out! Now I can actually start getting the bumper mounted.

It's a love-hate relationship

Thanks. Aresfab's armor is definitely top notch. Incredible quality for a great price and free shipping.

Only 10 more hours and I'll be heading off to the Badlands for the weekend. The suspense is killer

It ended up being 1 bolt just because it wasn't lining up right, had to get one an inch longer

Default Badlands Weekend Extravaganza

Okayyy, a bit to update. Went to the Badlands Offroad park in Attica, IN again with the squad for the weekend. Probably the best wheeling trip I've had despite all the things breaking. Easily 10x better than the Cliffs in my opinion. Lots of pictures and videos were taken so bear with me.

Brandon and Jon trailered their heeps while I drove.

After a few stops and traffic, we finally made it

Literally the first thing we did I ended up smacking the rear bumper and pushing it upwards...

Need more flex. 20 minutes in and I'm 3-wheeling it. Pucker moment.

Made it back in one piece, Jon put in a new shaft, and we got camp ready.
