truck will only start with screw driver!

truck will only start with screw driver!
changed the starter worked fine for a while but one day it wouldnt start with the key now i gotta arc the starter with a screw driver. changed the ignition switch pretty sure it might be starter relay, just broke want some advice before i spend the money
