Default NP207 electric speedo conversion?

My speedometer cable is quickly going out. Just today it started bouncing crazily at around 35MPH. I really don't wanna deal with a speedo cable again so I wanna go electric but I'm having trouble finding which, if any, VSS will actually work with my application. I believe Wranglers from certain years had an NP207 and came with a VSS but I don't think the gear would line up...

Consider an aftermarket GPS speedo?

Swap in a later model NP231 instead. It's a stronger case, tons of them out there cheap, and you'll have the factory speed sensor setup you want. Way less headache than trying to make an electric speedo work in that old 207.
