I would much rather pay some private person who takes the time and effort to make a quality product then some major chain company who just produces them by the millions just to compete in the buisness.

I'm going to be getting one of his tranny mounts soon, with a small difference

Got me trail buddy the other night. Can’t wait till the Jeep is done to take him on the trails.

Pretty sure I’m going to go with a hybrid cage something along the lines of this.

X2 I defiantly like that look better than what most do on a full cage.

Although if I were to ever break my XJ down I would build it with tube chassis and do it just like bleepin jeep did on his scorpion crawler. That thing is sick!

Coming from someone who's done that, but a few steps further...

Just start with a full tube chassis.

You'd thank me later.

Yea I imagine it would be easier that way. That's seriously how I want my next build to be just straight tube chassis. Then mock up a XJ front end to it for the continued XJ look

If I was to do a tube chassis I’d just put a 5.3L in it and make a full buggy.

Got the ram installed today. Installed the tcase, Novak 4WD shifter and cross member yesterday. Not a lot more until it’s drivable.

Bought a shifter for a Nissan hard body. The fit is ok. Gonna do some more stuff to it to make it fit better.
