I just finished a new batch of photo edits. This one really stood out to me, but I've got to get a picture thread going on here.

I know it annoys some people, but I think graffiti is so cool. Good shot, man

Hey! I know right where that is at! I found that when I was looking for your other spot. lol

Thanks for the picture because I was real curious what it looked like from the ground. All I could think of was, "what a cool party spot on the side of the hill".

I like graffiti too. What I dont like is people who "tag" things with their gang sign. If you can make art out of it, cool. If you are just marking your territory, lame.

Haha yep you know where its at. It is definitely a great spot to have a party. Pretty far off the main trail, far back in the mountains and nearly impossible to find the right trail to get to it. And if you do find the right trail, nothing bigger then a XJ can make it back there and it better be able to flex.

Some of the artwork on them is actually really good.
Kinda helps pass the time while you're stuck in traffic behind a slow moving one in town. lol

Here's something I shot awhile back. The old with the new. While I also kind of like some of the talent and artistic ability these taggers have, I found this to be pretty symbolic about the way our society is headed with lack of appreciation for history. This is like tagging a model T ford and I found it symbolically wrong considering the history of this type of car and the rarity of it.

On this thing it is wrong... But it shows where our priorities are headed... History is being vandalized and stomped on.

I understand what you are saying, and I agree. BUT, if you hadn't told me I would have never known that train car had any age or rarity. Sorry, not a train guy.

What can you expect from a "disposable society"?

I'm going to stop commenting on that now and not fall down the rabbit hole...

It's an extended vision Caboose, This one is old and the age is telling because of the stove pipe that is hooked to a wood/coal burning stove inside. They used these particular models from WWII up until about 1980.
