I hear you Ralph, but I have to say that I just used Fusion on my bumper caps and it was the easiest coverage of any product to ever come out of a rattle can. It's idiot proof, but maybe not Ralph proof?
Ralph proof might be asking a lot of of a rattle can. LOL. Despite my crappy rattle skills I want to try painting with a spray gun and my compressor. I have an extra hood I picked up. My compressor is not really big enough to run a spray gun. At least I think it isn't. But still want to try. Have to do a little research about spray guns and if the cost is not to bad might give it a go.

I guess it would be cheaper to have the whole wheel painted, just seems to be a waste haha. The guy cones in pretty frequently so I'll try and remember to ask him how they are holding up.
Would be interested in that. I know my photos suck so you really can't tell but the Line-X looks so bad *** on my black Jeep. I would do my Eccos in a heartbeat if I knew for sure it would work and not be a problem down the road.
Just got a look at the Home Depot Black Friday circular. That Gorilla Platform that bought awhile back for $32 is on sale for $20. I bought this on whim. Thought the $32 price was pretty good. Turned out to be way more useful for working on the Jeep then I had anticipated. Pretty sure this is the one in the ad.

I did what I must. We all know how great reman steering boxes are. So ya, I adjusted mine after 1500 miles of use and now it has almost no play. Thats how it should have come out of the box! Had to do one full turn on the set screw. Night and day difference now. We will see how long it works for.
As pragmatic as I can be, one session of gravity-feeding gear oil will lead me to buy ALL THE THINGS to make that hassle go away.
We sell hydraulic plow oil in the store. The quart bottles come with tops like a gear oil bottle. Nobody takes them though. Makes it easier to get fluid in the TC but still kind of a pain, I bought the one on the right from Amazon, about $7, then found out I could get the one on the left through the store for about $5.

Replaced all but 1 15A fuse and the old style fuses.
Fixed ignition bypass/pushbutton start that idiot PO ran incorrectly.

Cigarette adapter now works!
Learned that there is a leak above the computer on the roof, which explains why it does not work.
Tomorrow or Tuesday me and my brother are gonna gut the inside so I can work on it easier. Doubtful if I'll ever replace it!
Also added washer fluid and gave it a bath at the gas station.
