Painted the rear axle... gotta clean up the front axle and then paint it too...

JCROffroad diy bumper arrived.

It was really easy to have everything bent up. Literally so easy. Had everything bent up within 15 mins. I had everything except for the mounts welded up last night. Sorry no picture of that stage yet.

I also had the backing plates painted. I decided I ll stick with drum brakes this time. I don't feel like sourcing the disc stuff and consuming my time when I barely have any. Maybe one day in future I will do that.

And beside. Drum brakes are stronger than disc anyway.

Looking good Neal. Looking at those drum brake backing plates reminds me I have to rebuild mine. They look a bit barnacle’d.
