That is an old RR website, at least from 15 years ago.
RR is no longer in the Jeep Supercharger business. He sold the company and rights to Boosted Technologies almost 2 years ago.
Boosted Technologies had to completely revamp the kits and made the machining, fit, tune and running much improved and better. Boosted Technologies also expanded the line to include XJ, MJ, TJ, WJ and JK. 4.0, 2.5, 4.7 V8, 3.8 and 3.6 engines. The workmanship was taken to a whole new level. The new owner invested significant money, time and effort, and experience to produce a far superior product.
I am still involved with Boosted Technologies assisting and helping where I can. I am more interested in the XJ kit as that is what I have most experience with.
I can help and answer most any of your questions.
Damn, that blows. RR had the only carbed 2.5L supercharger manifold.

I didn't even know that.
2.5L SC kit for EFI, didn't know about a carb SC kit.
When did jeep make the 2.5L carb?
BT has a EFI 2.5L SC kit. It uses a 'cut in half' M90 rotor pack, 'M45', in a billet housing with a billet intake manifold, front nose and SC inlet manifold.
Unfortunately a 'stock' GM M90 will not fit the Jeeps.
The M90's supercharger housing has been machined narrower, the back is cut off and an adapter plate welded on for the throttle body and the front nose is a new shorter billet piece.
Best is to sell the M90 on ebay and put that money towards getting a complete kit all machined and ready to bolt on.
Marty, I did see that they machine it. Do you think they would take mine in as a "core"? Or at least sell me just the nose and modified intake manifold? I can do the cutting and welding for the throttle body as well as machine work. Had to do that to my little baby M62.
They buy the M90s from wreckers by the pallet. Volume discount applies. That's why I say sell your M90 on Ebay for at least $100-$150 more than they would give you and then there's shipping.
If you can mill and weld up that M62, you have the skills to cut, mill, weld and shorten the nose on the M90 and whip up some adapter plates, cut the intake manifold and weld the adapter plates to it to bolt on the supercharger. Easy Pesy.
And then the tuning...
I'd rather get a kit and have it installed in less than 6 hours and be out there boost'ing and wheeling. But I don't have a mill either.
I am sure that that M90 has had the back several inches cut off and an adapter plate welded on for the throttle body to be bolted to. Or the gen III has the wide mouth opening with adapter for the throttle body.
Or it is a Ford M90.
But definitely not a GM M90.
Now make it fit under a stock uncut XJ hood.
