35s on! Already trimmed a bit off the back of the inner fender to clear full lock. Not planning to wheel with this current setup. I have everything except the long arms and rear driveshaft for the new setup.

Man that passenger side is a little rough now... and what lift are you running? I could clear 35s stock flares on a 4.5" lift

yeah. I need to get up and go find red doors and pick up my sliders to cut out what's left of the rockers. That's the ugly side, why do you think all my pictures show the other lol. It's 3.5" front and ~4" rear.

Trying to diagnose this death wobble I've been having the past month. I tighten up that ball joint that I had issues with at Winterfest, but that only made things worse. I'm gonna go through and triple check every nut and bolt under there and hopefully I won't **** myself after hitting a bump at 40mph.

Have somebody in the vechicle turn the steering wheel back and forth, and check the steering joints for play, also check the trackbar bracket on the axle.

Also, get an alignment.

Torqued my TREs, knuckles, track bar, track bar bracket, and greased everything and it still wobbles bad after hitting bumps at 40mph. I'm pretty sure that incident when the ball joint blew (and general abuse offroad) dicked the inner C of the axle, which is why the upper ball joint won't sit flush anymore and is causing the wobble. I can feel it start on the drivers side. I can either weld the joint in or swap in another D30. I found an HP housing on Craigslist for $100 a couple hours away so hopefully the seller gets back to me.

Picked up the axle. HP D30 housing out of a '98 with 3.55 gears. I just plan to clean it up, paint it, new axle seals, new ball joints, and new pinion seal. I need to get my jeep to drive safely again so I have no time for a project axle right now. I'm swapping over everything from my axle (gears, locker, knuckles, shafts, and hubs) and while it's out I'm doing the oil pan gasket and the leaky rear main seal.

Axle's all cleaned up. Ball joints, knuckles, and gears removed. Just have to cut off the end links and it'll be ready for paint.

Twinning lol. This axle had some wierd standard sized lower ball joint nut on it and was a pain looking for a socket to fit, was like a 1" 1/8 or something.

Both the knuckles I've pulled off were 1 1/8 and 22.
