I would not recommend attempting to drill those out. That sounds like a nightmare. Even for someone who has done it before. You would need some really good drill bits and to be very careful to not break the bits.
Like said previously, a torch in skilled hands should be able to have those off in no time. Hopefully with no damage to the wheel if you're lucky.
I also recommend getting new lug nuts. I can't recommend any but the one piece ones are way mo better. I have some locking lugs. I think they're called Gorilla locks IIRC.
When this goes back together you better torque those properly and not crank them on with an impact like I see so many idiots do. I usually use a small amount of anti-seize (yeah yeah I know. I'm in NH, I need it) and torque to 90ft-lbs. Retorque after a couple days and forget about em till next time.

That's a mess.... I've burned em out with an oxy torch in min or two. That's how I would go about this but if you MUST drill, have fun, you're going to be there a while.....

really theyre that easy to torch out? because the shop tried it and they were trying hard it seemed with them but it wouldnt blow out of there like youre saying and them my dad refilled his and tried it with the same results as well and they just goobered up and wouldnt blow out of there and even he said it should take 5 minutes to blow out of there and he tried it for 2 hours and had it at its best settings and still nothing. thats what he couldnt understand as he did it before many times and they just blow right out of there mine wouldnt thats where he was stumped and the shop too and they both have very big tanks and looks exactly like the torches in the one picture. they were worried they could have welded the rim to the hub too with the heat..... then again my jeep likes being temperamental because i am past my oil change and its throwing a fit lol.

oh how i wish i had those style lug nuts it woulda made life so much easier in the beginning. and the first thing we ever did was tried to split the nut like in the video but it kept like breaking away in chunks like it was a very soft metal so my dad tried to just melt it and thats where it went south in my opinion then we ended up with this.

im sorry but i just cannot afford to hire someone at all even a simple 20 dollar job i cant do at the moment. thats why i was gonna spend that 20 on gas and go search for a job this whole weekend then disaster or so to say lol.
Use a 7/8" hole saw over the wheel stud cutting the nut . It will not too long to do each one.
remove the pilot drill bit.
