Put the new Rubicon Express HD track bar bracket on as well as replaced the RE1600 track bar heim with a better Ruff Stuff heim. The clunking while turning is finally over. Highly recommend replacing the weak stock one, started to bend after only 1 wheeling trip.
New vs. Old This is what was causing the clunking
Aresfab steering on the way, and got some new Spicer Ball joints throw in aswell

What is the inner dimension of the mounting area on that re bracket? 2"?
Past couple night got super foggy, visibility down to a few hundred feet at best. Was in the high 50s and a few car meets popped up, was a nice Indian Summer to get out again
Picked up a pair of new-to-me knuckles. Going to clean them up, ream them, and put the new ball joints in so I don't have to worry when I ultimately break my abused ones off because they're seized. Aussie lockers should come in tomorrow, and steering hopefully soon.

Folded the rear fenders. They came out horrible. Especially the passenger side since I had a nice rust hole on the lip.
[Drivers side went alittle better after realizing my screw up
Hindsight is 20/20 but you could have gotten away with a fraction of the cuts, I did maybe 10-12 cuts per side at most. The flat areas really don't need extra relief cuts, you can bend them over as one long section and it helps to keep a nicer/straighter line. You can always sand them down some, massage it more with a hammer and use some body filler to smooth the whole thing out.

Gunna try and get the old man to let me use the garage all weekend. Snow is supposed to happen though. I need to do the cowl intake, finish fuel tank, and rewire fan. Then we can do yours if its ****ty out.
