Default Seat Swap Supplement

Quite a bit of information over on Comanche Club about swapping in buckets, but there isnt a ton on here. Today i swapped in a set of 98 2 door tilt buckets into my 90 MJ. The 97+ xj seats have a much wider seat track(about 4'' to be exact) If you scored a set of Early buckets, it is only a matter of drilling out the rivets and swapping tracks between the MJ bucket mount and the XJ tracks. For 97+ seats, you must make your own Adaptors. This is my Crude rendition, but will be changed.

Here we are with both buckets installed. Key thing is to make sure the seat sits far enough inboard so that you can get to the seat fold lever when slid back.

I haven't taken the seats out of my MJ yet. I knew the mounts & sliders are narrower but based on your pic it should work.
