Replaced the motor mounts last night. First one went in no problem. Passenger side was giving nothing short of hell. But it's all done and so much better. Both of he original mounts split in half upon removal as expected. Jeep is road worthy once the swing out and exhaust clamps are on.

w00t! Yeah it's funny how it's the passenger side that gives the problem. You'd think it would be easier since there's more access to it. NOPE!
Spent last Wednesday buttoning up all the last little things to get the Jeep ready to take home finally today. All legal lights working, swing out and spare on, cleaned up the interior of tools and such. Got up to the Jeep around noon and as recommended by Cavfab (88XJ) I flipped the drag link to give me better steering angles and center my steering wheel out. Worked great and I couldn't feel any bumpsteer down the road. Waiting on my high clearance tie rod to arrive to swap over. Left to drive home and went to the local gas station and fill it up. Time for failure, unbeknownst to me was that the seal at the fuel pump is not good and let any fuel at that height to gush right out onto the ground. Great. So I drove it back and i'll fix it another day. At least I don't have to drop the tank to fix it and it's nothing huge like a hole in the tank itself or a line. Fun day...
Anyway here are the pictures. Back to my old iPhone 5 so quality isn't anywhere near my LG G4 was.

So does the cavfab steering hit your SOLID dif cover?
So does the cavfab steering hit your SOLID dif cover?
Did you have to drill the knuckles?
what size rims do you have?
Any dead spots in steering?
-At the moment I can't tell, the standard non bent clearance kit hits my TNT coil brackets before anything else.
-Yes, had to drill everything out to 5/8", not hard with a good bit.
-15x7 Turbines with spacers to make them 4" backspacing
-No, no bump steer or issues at all. Amazing kit.
After a new fuel pump seal drove it home with no issues. Since then not much has happened. Finally got my high clearance tie rod from Donovan from Cavfab last night and he has been very helpful. Last night when leaving Oldblue#2's place my cat and muffler decided not to be friends anymore and split. Rust is a Queen B. So next intimidate purchase is a new muffler and cat. Finally get a decent exhaust setup with no more rust. Then I can attack the oil leak i'm having along the side of the block. But driving around I can tell it drives much smoother over the bumps now with the 2x6s.
Just read through your whole build. It's amazing how much work and effort goes into things most folks will never see or even look for. It's an inspiration to see dedication from a, uhhumm, younger person. Good job and thanks for the links as you went, gonna get a bumper from Creepy, I hope if he's still building them.

Thanks again and keep on keeping on.
Thank you! I am just 23 haha so the Jeep actually is older then I am. Put on the new cat back exhaust. Sounds so good to me, quieter then with the flowmaster. I have a 2.5" cat and performance curve 2 chamber muffler to the stock size tailpipe. Sits nice and high too.
