if you're referring to me then that is almost true... 😅 didn't overheat just became a little warm on the way up. The picture was on my way down so it was fine at that point. Lol.

Pull off your rear sway bar, disconnect the front sway bar (remove the end links at the axle), and turn it off and leave it in gear and you'll make it to the peak of that ramp, I'll bet ya.

I did make it to the top, but sadly I dont have a front axle to worry about. and they forgot to put in 2 cylinders (giving serious thought to a LS swap....)

You still have a front axle... it's not not a "propulsion" axle. The suspensions between 2wd and 4wd are exactly the same and your axle up front is a solid beam across just like the 4wd models.

LS swaps are great (ask cleanrob) but they're a TON of work. Not something to consider unless you've done hours and hours of research. 4.0 swap would be much much easier.... and you could even stroke it before putting it in so it will make near-LS power (if not more) and still be more compatible than an LS.

yup lots of work, that is if you go the paint/clean everything/keep it under the hood way i did.

it would have been much less hassle if id just dropped the stock truck motor in as-is and wired it in
