It took 7 prototypes and about 30 hours over several months to get the design right. It can't be reliably printed on hobbyist grade printers--the materials just aren't up to the stress. Ask me how I know.

what are all of those switches for? Also, what's in the radio slot? Btw nice job on the ash tray switch plate.
Thanks! The switches are for: Factory defrost / rear wiper / fog lights / backup lights (Euro model rear fog switch) / spare (it'll be for the winch isolator eventually) / rock lights. The ash tray switches are: Bumper driving lights / front locker (TJ/LJ locker switch cover modified to work in a fog light switch housing) / rear locker.
The stereo is a factory WJ RB1 navigation unit with a modified XJ bezel.
