Theres Farmington Canyon, good trail run. It's not hardcore or anything but its pretty country.

There used to be a bunch of roads up East of Bountiful but I have'nt been up there for years, not sure if the areas still accessable with all the development, might check that out.

im from st george. i cant do a slc ride get the death wobble at 25 be a long ride up there how about a st g run haha
