Are you guys aware that a civil suit is very easy to file and are at no cost to you?

 

I was not lowrange. Didn't know it was no cost. I will look into this. I think at this point Kris won't deliver.

 

Call HIS local magistrate court and ask about filing a civil suit. He'll be required to pay your fees.

 

Mine finally made it after a week waiting for a false tracking number. One of the lenses is broken and the projector was not attached to the housing so I still cannot install them. I have pulled out the class and cleaned out the mess of silicone that was used. I will be using a slightly harder and much stronger material to reseal it. Also, I still be making a cover out of some lexan plastic to prevent these from shattering again. Pictures coming tomorrow. Let's see if Chris does anything about the broken glass for me.

 

Sorry guys that I haven't had time to keep tabs on this for you. The Army has kept me busy for almost s month now. How many have yet to receive their order? And also, who has received a shipping label/info and is waiting for delivery?

Soon as I started taking legal action I got my parts with in 5 days. I did tell the pd after I notified them I got my parts so it should be on their records

Looks like I posted some misinformation about Kris's buisness liscense when I called the state and yakima they had no record but kris sent me a text at 2:49am with his buisness liscense number.
