I just bought a 1994 Cherokee and the engine was bored out .60 over. Would it be a good swap into my 2001 or should I just keep the 2001 engine in. Only difference I noticed was the 94 has distributor and 01 has coil pack.

 

exhaust manifolds are different. cams will be different. I am also doing a swap from a 99 to a 00. i would do some research. i ran into multiple issues with parts not working mostly aftermarket. if you plan to stay stock with it you shouldnt have to many issues

 

The can and pistons are aftermarket. It also has new exhaust manifold that I would keep on it
