Default Does my jeep have rear end issues

so i did a 3 inch lift on my two door cherokee 1994, i also added shims because my mechanic said my pinion angle was all off. But after all this the jeep is making a clunk sound when i let off gas and apply gas, then i can back the gas out and it goes clunk clunk over and over . It is not a u joint he checked them all, and all the motor and tranny mounts are good he said, they are actually kinda lost themselves. please help if you have herd of any of these issues or whatever i need help!!!

You shimmed the rear without a sye? That's not right.

The RC 3'' leaf packs have a shim built in that I put on my rig. With a TC drop and the shims pinion angle should be about right. He might get some vibes without the TC drop but it's not likely to be the axle side U joints binding.

Have you pulled your diff cover to check the gears? I had an awful noise and coming from the rear end of my TJ a few years back, ended up being a tooth busted off of a spider gear that ended up grenading the spider gears completely after a while. Make sure you didn't lose an axle shaft clip or something floating around in there.
