Both codes are for O2 sensors....
Both are Bank 1 sensor 2, The sensor after the cat, front pipe.
One is for voltage, one is for the heater circuit.
Basically, you need to replace that O2 sensor.

When I first met Scott I said " I need to get out of the sun because of my skin condition" Scott being Scott says ' I didn't know being black was a condition". With the way I was feeling I would have much rather that my skin color was the issue.

Okay.In doing my research there are 2 oxygen sensors.
Oxygen Sensor - Upstream Rear
Oxygen Sensor - Downstream
one is located under the hood, near manifold. the other is underneath, near the catalytic converter.
The prices vary from mid 20's to low 70's. Am I on point thus far? Is there a recommended brand that I should purchase?
