Trans mission bell housing but I don't think they have one on five speeds but check parts stores maybe it's the clutch pedal switch my ranger had one it stops the vehicle from starting with out the clutch depressed Maybe look in to that also PCM

 

I am pretty sure that they still have them. It is tied into the engine control computer, and it and the camshaft sensor together tell where the crankshaft is so it can send the spark to the right place, at the right time. I'm pretty both the autos and the manuals have engines

 

Wow both autos and manual have engines your so smart @$$ how they correlate crank and cam positions can be different

I looked up parts, and I am pretty sure a manual trans both have a cps

 

Thanks for the info. The transmission was laying in the back when I bought it. I'll make sure I made all the connections good from when I put it back in
