Guess i need to head to the junkyard again to get some panels...wonder if theres a cheaper way to go other than diamond plate but have them look at good...diamond plate is expensive.....

How hard was it to make these and what tools did u need might do this for my wj if not to hard

This is what i was wondering...i wanna make some of my own....even if i have to use sheet metal or aluminum and paint it...i have a trail jeep so it doesnt have to be nice...

They take sum time and tools ive cut them by hand with cutters, and water jets and jig saws and other tools.

I try to only charge the cost of stuff to make them because it is for fellow jeepers. I can do a set of doors for 250-300 depening of the thickness of metal and type

i did diamond plate on just the bottom carpeted part of the door panels on my 95, cut out for the speakers and put grilles on them. i"ll try to remember to get some picks.. yours are awesome though, might go that way with the comanche i just bought!

+ for originality. A unique idea. For me I think it is too much, but I DD drive mine. I would like just the lower half where the speaker was. Sort of protection from your feet as you get in and out.

Ever consdier a gauge Bezzle out of it?

the skys the limit here guys i can and will fab anything for you. 1/8th is what i like to use. I get 4x8 for around 200 to my shop. all day. then i normal charge for my metal cutting blades and all so 250-300 bucks depens if i cut holes for speakers or add leds or switchs.

Im making outter diamond armor and zj armor and i can do other orders by request

I drive mine daily. The best sound audio ive ever heard from them doors. nice and sealed
