Most of the weird issues I have seen with a 4.0...

Most of the weird issues I have seen with a 4.0 and drive issues is plugs....if you're not running the Champion RC12YC gaped at .035 there always seems to be a problem........This motor runs best...

On a 2" budget lift sticking with the 235's is probably your best bet....maybe 30's. If you plan on using you jeep for moderate offroad use the 31's will probably limit your jeep and rub pretty good....

Are you talking about the pin is coming loose? put a zip-tie through the ring and the hole in the pin. Just make sure you have some side cutters in your rig to cut it if you need to use it.
