The radiator is a nice upgrade. High flow water pump is not necessary imo try to keep everything flowing as it was designed to. The HD clutch pulls more air but that never hurts the cooling system....

Best option is to eliminate the mechanical fan completely and do an elecric 3 fan setup. If that' out of the budget the napa zj fan is a good choice. You will run cooler than stock.

Brake lines for a 4.5 should be plenty long. I would recommend going with crown braided brake lines. If you go to their website they can make them in lengths for up to an 8 inch lift.
