Never heard of that except for in California. I've towed through NC, SC, TN and VA at normal speeds and never got stopped or saw it posted anywhere that you can't tow above 55.

Does the fan come on when you turn the AC on? Unless you have the AC on the fan shouldn't come on until the temp gets around 215* or so.

Injection timing is done by the computer and doesn't need to be set. What kind of fuel mileage are you getting with the new injectors? That's the best way to tell if something is off.

To center the axle all you have to do is measure from the inside of the tire to the same point on the body on both sides. For you toe in adjustment it should be 1/8-3/16".
