Yeah, my Death Wobble is gone... it was a combination of a worn track bar, ball joints, and a alignment... Now she's running great, and now finally drivable!

I got a little bit done this weekend, got that steering in, but i don't like it, i have a little bit of play cause the toe bar rolls up and down. I think I may link it up a different way if possible to fix the problem (they said it would, but it just doesn't seem safe when needing to turn quickly). Picked up a ford 8.8 too and have started tearing it apart

yeah, could be the radiator. also, not sure, but i noticed when i put the bigger tires on, i started running hotter, lot of theories why, but have no sound reason yet, i'm going to be changing my thermo too here in a bit (been runnin round 210)

new thermostat maybe? i think they make diff. temp. ones, so you can get one that will open at a lower temp. not sure on the repercussions on that though (if it is always open, then it may not have enough time to cool down in the radiator).

maybe a new radiator? or fan?

nice, will look into that, i have had an oil leak somewhere between the the engine and tranny....haven't been able to pin point it yet, but i see a little bit of oil on the oil pan and tranny bottom from time to time....nothing major....yet

i'll let you know how this hd steering kit handles, u may want to look into it (rugged ridge HD xj crossover steering)

    link

1 review says it has DW, but i think his set up was wrong b/c those tie rod ends feel stiffer than stock, and everything looks solid, got it in the mail yesterday, will install this weekend and let u know

it would help at first, but just mask the problem, your gonna send some of that force through the shock, but the rest of it will go through the rod ends and ball joints....and wear them out too, it's best to fix the geometry

from Texas, yeah, my alignment is crap right now (no bad tire wear, but some drifting when going above 35 - 40, gets stable again at 60ish though, i need to adjust my caster, and was going to install the rugged ridge heavy duty conversion to try and rid the bump steer.

I had heard that about the claws, i love the way they look, but didn't like that they were uni-directional (like the boggers as well, love em)

u been to any jeep jambo's?
