hey man about your electrical stuff i had the same prob, then my left rear tail light blew and i replaced it and it all stopped so i would check it out and see if any of your tail lights are blown or on the edge out blowing then, does your tail lights stay on when you are running and the switch is off cause mine i have a 3rd brake light and it would stay on but there would be a very little difference in the how bright my brake lights would get when i hit the brakes, so all in all i would check and see if you have a blown light or almost blown lights.
