I only go to junction for meetings and that's only about twice a year, but to go wheeling is a different story. I just got done installing my winch so I'm almost ready. Just need to extend the brake lines and bumpstop after adding the 33s

Hey! I think 1/2 is plenty strong. I have had my 31 up there for a while and they flex a little, but just do enough bars and you should have plenty of support. Yes the round tube has plenty of strength. Take pics I'll be happy to check it out! I'm actually planning a welded rack of 3/4 square tube to replace my conduit rack.

hey on my roof rack, the main part is 3/4 and the crossbars are 1/2 inch. i put the end of the tube in my vise and pinched it flat. once i use the self tapping screws into the main bars, you can shape it a little with a hammer. and i like the smaller bars in the middle. do u have the conduit bender?
