the rack, i don't know about but the tires, i like these goodyear duratracks that i have. a buddy has them on his big huge chevy diesel 4x4 and he likes the too and he does alot of highway time on top of off-road time. also, the bf goodrich all terrains are a solid tire too.

as far as lift, there are tons of choices. i have the rough country series 2 3.5 inch lift with 2" spacers/shackles on top of it. i have a rusty's 4-6" adjustable trac bar and rough country control arm drop kit. i also have a wrangler rear brake line and chevy front brake lines (might have that backwards though, search around). that took care of all the stuff i had need for. the last thing i have is a bored throttle body from stroked jeep, for the fun of it.
