glad i could help dont see too many people ask about this mod though, not exactly sure why its one of my favorite things i ever did to the jeep lol

you can just take those out, heat works exactly the same and you cant even tell its gone. Had mine like that all for a good while and then found the box and piping stuff to go under the console and honestly it doesnt feel any different with or without the piping and such....completely unecessary plastic, only reason i got it was because it was free. Remember to take off the plastic cover around the E-brake.
