Great to hear - now that it is running right, give your wife a hug for getting an XJ with a lot of accessories for a good price! Don't feel like an idiot - I drove Honda's and Acura's for years and didn't know a thing about sensers - till I bought an XJ - We call our Jeep "the drama queen" put your foot down and the accessory exhaust makes a lot of noise, but I wouldn't call it acceleration.

Hello, RED' I'm feeling like an idiot. I had my first chance to get to work on it today, cleaning and testing the Idle position sensor which was jumping around on the voltage meter. Which the manual stated it should be constant so I went to NAPA and got a new OEM and guess what, if I had tail it would be waging? Thank you for your encouragement, it got me off my asset and get to work. Now, time to clean the hell out of every thing else. I plan to call my truck DayZ'.
