Newbie

I have a 92 cherokee laredo with 4.0 inline 6 im loosing fuel pressure after starting im stumped. i have already replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump and checked relay checked fuel pressure regulator and i cant come up with anything does anyone have any advice or ideal what it could be? thanks
