Upcountry Lift and Budget Lift

When I bought my 2000 , The shocks were shot so I replaced them with Monroe 911523 Monotube shocks that corresponded with the vehicles that came with the Up Country package it had. I figured they were longer than the standard shock to accommodate the roughly 5/8"-1" taller coil spring. I am now thinking of adding a 2" budget lift and wonder if the Monroe 911523 will work with the budget lift. MONROE said using them will reduce the piston travel in the shock and wear them out faster. Anybody here have any experience to support the premature wear or fitment issues under these conditions? I'd like to keep the budget in budget lift and not have to replace the year old shocks. Thanks.

id get shocks made for a lift, if those shocks are constantly at max travel youll blow em out quick
