Transmission not going into first
Hello, I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.2 v8. When taking off from a stop sometime it will take off in first and Sometimes 2 gear . Was wondering if anyone has had similar issues with there's or any info on how to fix it. Thanks Scott

You may need to adjust this screw. Be very careful to not remove it. Just follow the instructions. It fixed mine when I had the same issue. The tranny has a mind of its own when it comes to first gear.
