There's a number of websites out there that you can use to calculate how tire size affects engine RPM. I found them to be very useful to help me decide for tires and gearing.

if you dont mind cutting some metal off you can fit whatever tire you want if you try hard enough.

I'm running 265/75/16 on my 04, but i'm running wheels with 4.5" of backspacing and 8 inch wide wheel, and a 2" lift and sometimes it still rubs.

I run the same size 16s on mine, so just an inch taller shouldn't make a difference.
